How does the referral program work?
When you refer someone using your unique referral link, you’ll earn a percentage of their task earnings, at no cost to them. Why am I not qualifying for some surveys or tasks?
Some tasks and surveys are targeted to specific groups of people based on factors like age, location, or interests. If you don’t qualify, don’t worry, new tasks are added regularly and there will always be something available for you.
Is there a minimum amount I need to earn before I withdraw?
Yes, there is a minimum withdrawal threshold that must be reached before you can cash out. This amount will be clearly displayed in your account. Once you hit that amount, you can request a payout at any time.
How long does it take to receive my payment
Payment processing times can vary depending on the withdrawal method you choose. Most requests are processed within a few business days. If you experience any delays beyond that, feel free to reach out to our support team.
My earnings haven't shown up yet. What should I do?
Earnings from some tasks may take a short while to be credited to your account, especially for surveys or offers that require verification. If it’s been more than 24–48 hours and your balance still hasn’t updated, please contact our support team and we’ll look into it for you.
Why was my account suspended or banned?
Accounts may be suspended if there are signs of fraudulent activity, violation of our terms of service, or the use of bots or automated tools. If you believe your account was suspended by mistake, please contact our support team and we’ll review your case.
